Ship Dates:

• All stock items will ship within 2 days of receipt of your order.
• Items taken from stock and imprinted up to two colors wet offset will ship in 10 working days or less from final art/proof.
• Our Sales/Customer Service Department will work with you to deliver your custom order when you want it.

  Our goal is to ship every order on time!

Payment Terms:
Net 15 days from invoice date, with approved credit.

Minimum Order:
$100.00; full carton quantities only.

Quality:
Bowers Envelope Company produces quality products. If, however, a defective product is shipped, it will be replaced as quickly as possible. Defects must be reported within two weeks of receipt. Please report any freight damage immediately to the carrier and sign for it as damaged.

Restocking:
Any stock items may be returned with prior approval within 30 days of shipment. The item must be in original condition and there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight costs.

Overrun/Underrun:
On the manufacture of special items or custom imprinting, a variation in quantity exists. If the quantity is less than 25,000, the variation is +/- 20%. If the quantity is 25,000 or more, the variation is +/- 10%. If you require something different, please let us know at the time of quotation and we will allow for your particular needs.

Tolerances:
Any dimension or measurement may vary 1/16th of an inch.

Bowers manufactures and prints both 'Die Cut' and 'Web' envelopes of the highest quality from 1M to 10MM and up. We provide up to 5 color flexo printing 'in-line'. We produce booklets and catalog envelopes with dry gum, self-adhesive latex and peal n' seal.
